The
Need
Kotsovolos S.A., the leading electric appliances and electronic
equipment retailer in Greece, offers to its customers an additional
service called “Total Support”. Technical support is offered to almost
all product categories sold. The management of “Total Support” services
was far beyond the capabilities of the ERP that the company already had
at its disposal. A new application had to be developed in order to
organize and manage the special workflows that “Total Support” involves.
The
Project
Agiltech planned, designed and developed a cutting edge application in
accordance with the requirements of Kotsovolos departments. Close
collaboration between Agiltech and people working for Kotsovolos led to
the development of an application that covers the existing and
underlying needs. The solution, supports the internal workflow of the
following departments involved with the “Total Support” service: IT &
MIS, After Sales and Financial & Business department.
The application offers special functionalities to every department that
deals with “Total Support”.

project was developed and delivered successfully coupled with additional
support services regarding data migration from various sources.
The
Result
Every
department has at its disposal quickly and easily reports with the
information needed so as to operate effectively. The users of the
application are able to “match” every contract with the pertaining
documents and have a clear overview. Every type of pricing that came up
from the everyday needs of the company, was integrated into the system.
While comparing and verifying the financial data, mistakes brought forth
that were early corrected without causing any problem to the Total
Support Service.
